One lucky winner will receive a six month supply of Little Me Tea Juice Boxes! Your kids can strut, sing, dance, cheer, and generally make some noise about their favorite healthy drink! Make sure they’ve got their LMT in hand and submit your video to win! Moms and Dads, we’d love to see you get in on the fun, too! Please try to limit the video to 60 seconds or less.

2. We will send an e-mail and invite you to have access to the Google Drive.
3. Upload files to Google Drive.
4. Accepted video files: .MPEG4, 3GPP and MOV files – (h264 and mpeg4 video codecs; AAC audio codec);  .WMV; .FLV. Accepted image files: .JPG; .PNG.; .EPS

This is a release, assignment and a grant of permission to use certain rights.

In consideration of the opportunity to participate in the Event, Attendee hereby grants to Big Time Tea Company (the “Event Promoter”) the irrevocable, unrestricted, unlimited right and permission to use, make derivative works, reproduce, publish, and exhibit in any form, in any medium, whether existing or to be developed, and in any manner whatsoever any and all sounds, quotations, statements, photographs, video or audio tapes, digitized sounds or images or other means of reproduction (the “Sounds and Images”), of my physical likeness taken of me or words or statements said by me at or in connection with the Event, without restriction as to purpose or the date of use.  Attendee hereby assigns all copyrights provided under the Copyright Laws of the United States Attendee may have in any such Sounds and Images to the Event Promoter. If requested by the Event Promoter, Attendee agrees to execute any additional documents necessary to effectuate the Event Promoter’s sole ownership of all copyrights in the Sounds and Images.  Attendee also expressly permits the Event Promoter to transfer any rights granted in this document to a third party agency engaged in the promotion and marketing of Event Promoter’s products.

Attendee hereby waives any and all rights Attendee may have to inspect or approve any of the finished or unfinished Sounds and Images, or to approve the use made of any such Sounds and Images, so long as they are used for lawful purposes.

Attendee acknowledges that there were, and are, no promises or fees of any kind or nature made or due to the Attendee.

Attendee hereby acknowledges that he or she is at least 18 years of age and has legal status as parent or guardian of the minor child in the video submitted.
